Work from Home Bilingual Customer Support Role
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Bilingual Call Centre Representatives in the legal field.
Join a dynamic remote team where your bilingual communication skills make a real impact. As a Bilingual Call Centre Representative, you’ll support clients in English and French, resolve inquiries with empathy and accuracy, and contribute to efficient, first-call resolutions. This full-time, day-shift role offers consistent hours and the opportunity to develop your customer service expertise in a professional environment.
Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and emails in English and French
Provide accurate information and resolve client inquiries efficiently
Apply active listening to understand and address client concerns
Document interactions clearly following established procedures
Use internal systems and tools to support first-call resolution

Requirements:

Demonstrate strong bilingual communication skills in English and French
Possess prior call centre or customer service experience
Show proficiency with Microsoft Office and multiple computer systems
Maintain strong attention to detail with data entry capabilities
Meet technical requirements including dual screens and Windows-based equipment

Earn $19 per hour with full-time weekday schedule
Work remotely from anywhere in Ontario or Quebec
Maintain a consistent Monday to Friday day shift 9am to 5pm

Technical Requirements:

Must be willing and able to use your own Windows equipment that meets the following technical requirements: Minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload speed, jitter of 20 ms or below. Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or better processor. Minimum 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. Windows 10 or higher. At least two screens A headset or headphones Clean criminal record.
