Accounts Payable role open now in downtown Calgary!
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the oil and gas sector.
We're working with our client to hire someone for a great remote contract opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional who will join a fast-paced team, gain hands-on ERP experience, and contribute to key financial operations while working from home.
Responsibilities:

Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and on time.
Support payment processing and vendor account maintenance.
Resolve invoice, payment, and reconciliation discrepancies.
Assist with month-end activities, reporting, and audits.
Identify process improvements and support system enhancements.

Successful candidates will have:

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume transaction environment
Experience using ERP (Oracle or JDE preferred) systems and strong Excel skills
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

What's in it for you:

$30.00 - $33.00 hourly
Contract: September to December (chance of extension)
