Distribution Specialist

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Distribution Specialist in the Supply Chain sector in Regina,, Saskatchewan.
Are you a proactive logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Distribution Specialist to support inventory distribution, warehousing operations, and import/export activities across Canada. In this role, you will work closely with planning, customer service, transportation providers, and third-party warehouses to ensure products are delivered efficiently, inventory is accurately managed, and regulatory compliance standards are met.
A typical day:

Coordinate product distribution and replenishment to third-party warehouses across Canada
Manage inventory levels and support seasonal demand fulfillment strategies
Facilitate import and export activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Lead inventory reconciliation processes and support annual physical inventory audits
Collaborate with carriers, brokers, warehouses, procurement teams, and customers to ensure timely deliveries

Successful candidates will have:

Hold a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Agriculture, Business, or a related field
Bring 3-5 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or import/export operations
Demonstrate proficiency with SAP systems and Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel functions
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, carriers, and third-party partners
Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced seasonal environment

Total rewards:

$30.00 - $37.00 hourly
Earn a competitive hourly rate of $30-$37 per hour
Gain exposure to national distribution, inventory management, and import/export operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external logistics partners
Develop experience with integrated supply chain systems and distribution networks
