Drive Asset Integrity Excellence as a Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Analyst in a High-Performance Refinery EnvironmentAgilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Risk- Based Inspection (RBI) Analyst in the Oil and Gas industry in Redwater, Alberta. A leading industrial operation is seeking a Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Analyst to support asset integrity and reliability across fixed equipment. You’ll lead RBI assessments, develop inspection plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to mitigate risk and enhance safety performance. This is an opportunity to work on critical assets while driving continuous improvement in a dynamic refinery setting. Total rewards:- $70.00 - $115.00 hourly

Responsibilities:- Conduct semi-quantitative RBI assessments for fixed equipment
- Collaborate with teams to plan and facilitate RBI sessions
- Maintain RBI data within inspection management systems
- Develop inspection plans, intervals, and NDE requirements
- Analyze inspection results and update risk assessments
- Support turnaround planning with inspection work scopes
- Deliver technical reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Recommend risk mitigation strategies to enhance asset integrity
Requirements:- Possess 7+ years of refinery experience in asset integrity management
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with RBI software and tools
- Apply knowledge of ABSA AB-505 and API standards (510, 570, 571, 580/581)
- Utilize inspection data, corrosion rates, and fitness-for-service assessments
- Hold a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Materials, Welding, or Metallurgical engineering
- Maintain API 580 certification
- Work with CMMS platforms such as Maximo
- Communicate effectively with strong analytical and investigative skills
