Contract Maintenance Planner

Agilus is recruiting for a Contract Maintenance Planner in the Oil &Gas / Energy in Rainbow Lake, Alberta.
Join a leading energy operation as a Maintenance Planner, responsible for developing and managing maintenance plans that ensure operational integrity and safety. This role partners with multiple teams to deliver maintenance strategies, optimise asset performance, and support turnaround planning.
Total rewards:

$77.00 - $110.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with safety standards and zero-incident objectives
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Develop and manage preventive maintenance plans using SAP and Prometheus
Partner with Operations and Maintenance Coordinators to prioritise and plan work
Facilitate weekly maintenance review meetings to align activities
Support turnaround planning and create task lists for routine and major activities
Review and refine existing maintenance plans for continuous improvement
Participate in monthly cost reviews and annual budget development

Successful candidates will have:

Knowledge of maintenance strategies, standards, and processes in energy industry
Minimum 5 years’ planning experience with SAP and Prometheus
Knowledge of maintenance strategies, standards, and processes in energy industry
High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and operating principles
Valid driver’s licence
Additional assets: Engineering degree, Journeyman trade certificate, Power Engineering (4th Class), GPO/PFO certifications
