Project / Production Coordinator – Print / Custom Manufacturing

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Project/Production Coordinator – Print/Custom Manufacturings in the printing and manufacturing industry in Paris, Ontario.

A day in the life:

Monitor project progress on a daily basis, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and potential issues; implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Track project costs against approved budgets, investigate variances, and coordinate resolution of discrepancies
Coordinate the preparation, approval, and distribution of all project documentation and materials (e.g., specifications, finish samples, production-ready assets) to ensure seamless production execution
Building strong relationships, managing expectations, and providing clear, timely updates throughout the project lifecycle
Work closely with Production Managers to track work orders through all stages, including pre-production, production, quality inspection, shipment, and installation
Championing projects from approval through final delivery and invoicing, ensuring alignment across all internal stakeholders
Interpret project briefs and develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and expected outcomes, in collaboration with Sales and Account Managers

You bring:

2+ years of project coordination experience, preferably in custom manufacturing, print, fabrication, or retail operations.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with ERP systems; PACE experience is a strong asset.
PMP certification or working toward a PMP designation is an asset.
Experience with print products such as vinyl, decals, and retail signage is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client service.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
