Manager- Project / Client Services

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Manager- Project/Client Services in the printing and manufacturing industry in Paris, Ontario.

$55000.00 - $60000.00 annually

A day in the life:

Understand project requirements, objectives, timelines, and deliverables while collaborating with Sales and Account Management teams
Develop, manage, and execute project plans from project approval through final invoicing
Monitor project progress daily, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions proactively
Track project costs against budgets and address any variances
Coordinate the preparation, approval, and availability of documentation, artwork, specifications, samples, and other materials required for production
Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing expectations and providing regular project updates
Collaborate closely with Production Managers to oversee work order progress through pre-production, manufacturing, quality inspection, shipping, and installation
Act as the primary point of coordination between departments to ensure seamless project execution

You bring:

2–5 years of experience in project management, coordination, or client service within manufacturing, production, retail operations, or custom project environments
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience in custom manufacturing, print production, signage, displays, packaging, or fabrication.
Knowledge of ERP systems; experience with PACE ERP is a strong asset.
Understanding of print production and fabrication processes.
Must have client-facing experience, with strong communication and relationship management skills.
PMP certification or working toward a PMP designation is an asset.
