Warehouse Sorter

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Warehouse Sorter in the Light Industrial Industry in Ottawa, Ontario.
Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Sorter to assist with the processing of donated goods. In this role, you will sort, inspect, and organize donated clothing, household items, and other merchandise to ensure items are properly categorized and prepared for distribution or resale. Candidates should be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, standing for extended periods, lifting and moving boxes, and working as part of a team.
Responsibilities:

Sort and categorize donated items according to established guidelines
Inspect donations for quality and usability
Organize and prepare items for distribution, storage, or retail locations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving donated goods as required

Requirements:

Steel toe boots required
Must be comfortable lifting at least 30 lbs up to 50 lbs
Previous warehouse experience is ideal and considered an asset
Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks

Total rewards:

$18.00 hourly
Weekly pay and vacation pay
