Agilus is recruiting for multiple Technical Supports in the Public Sector in Ottawa, Ontario. Role includes workstation setup, device configuration, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting users with Microsoft 365 and network connectivity. Responsibilities:- Document and update tickets in the support system
- Participate in equipment moves, setups, and troubleshooting
- Support users with basic hardware and software issues
- Check and prepare workstations for daily use
- Assist with device setup (laptops, smartphones, peripherals)
- Help users connect to networks and virtual meetings
Must have:- 2+ years of Desktop or Technical Support experience
- Must be eligible for Secret Clearance
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows and Microsoft 365
- Ability to work on-site and handle light physical tasks (up to 30 lbs)
- Open to both bilingual and monolingual candidates
