Regulatory Affairs Analyst

Agilus is recruiting for a Regulatory Affairs Analyst in the Life Sciences Industry in a hybrid work environment in Ottawa, Ontario. Our major Life Sciences client is seeking a Senior Regulatory Affairs Analyst to support their team in Ottawa, ON.
This position represents the client in relation to the planning, development, and execution of the regulatory strategy for an implementation project; guaranteeing compliance with the applicable regulations and the current regulatory procedures required for its importation, marketing and promotion.
This position is worked in a hybrid environment - 4 days per week on-site, 1 day per week from home. Responsibilities:- Prepare the technical and legal documentation for use in regulatory submissions for the registration and/or maintenance of products in Canada associated with the implementation project
- Actively participate in working groups and provide support in initiatives for the development and execution of regulatory projects
- Maintain databases of documents, records, and KPIs (key performance indicators)
- Ensure the stakeholders at the regional and local level are regularly updated on the progress of the different projects, anticipating risks and possible solutions
- Ensure the execution of the project’s regulatory plan, ensuring the highest efficiency
- Fulfill other responsibilities inherent to the position, according to the needs of the area
Requirements:- 2 years of previous relevant experience
- Education related to Regulatory Affairs is ideal; University degree is preferred
- Experience with regulations, other healthcare companies, Health Canada requirements, etc.
- Experience with preparation of dossiers for submission in Canada
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001
