Receiving Inspector, Quality Control

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Receiving Inspector, Quality Control in the Electro-Mechanical Industry in Ottawa, Ontario.
The Receiving Inspector performs product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs. They are responsible for performing packaging line and manufacturing inspections, as well as sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials.
Responsibilities:

Conducts repetitive inspection of products and materials against known standards, procedures, checklists
Identifies and segregates non-conforming material
Reads assembly and process documentation
Has workling knowledge of IPC 610 Standard
Works with Engineering to implement process improvement
Identifies, reads/interprets and applies complex ECO modifications or other instructions
May conduct process audits in manufacturing
Records data on a daily basis

Successful candidates will have:

Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience
