Agilus is recruiting for a Project Leader in the Public Sector in Ottawa, Ontario. The role of a Senior Project Leader, is to provide strategic leadership in defence equipment sustainment and lifecycle management. The role supports enterprise sustainment business case development, program execution, and continuous improvement across complex defence environments. What's in it for you:- $50.00 - $63.00 hourly
- Engagement with senior military and industry stakeholders
- Hands-on involvement in enterprise-level sustainment planning, contracting, and program transformation.
Responsibilities:- Lead development and maintenance of Business Case Analyses.
- Provide strategic advice on materiel and equipment sustainment strategies.
- Guide program teams on performance-based logistics, contracting, and lifecycle best practices.
- Engage senior defence and industry stakeholders; deliver briefings and reports.
- Support business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide expert coaching to senior leaders and sustainment practitioners.
Successful candidates will have:- Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
- Management experience in materiel, engineering, or technical services within the defense industry.
- Senior-level decision-making experience.
- Relevant project management or business certifications are an asset.
- Must have valid Secret clearance
