Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Operator III in the Life Sciences Industry in Ottawa, Ontario.
Our major biomedical device manufacturing client is looking to hire someone to join their team until the end of 2026. The ideal person for this role has experience supporting Manufacturing and Engineering teams, experience with product testing, and has experience reviewing reports and documentation to ensure minimum requirements are met.
Responsibilities:

Perform component quality control and engineering and finished goods testing of all product types
Use data analysis software applications to generate production test reports
Support GMP initiatives by acting as the shift point person in the resolution of DHR related issues
Review all outgoing test report documentation to ensure all GMP and GLP requirements have been met
Organize daily blood draws to meet QA Lab operations requirements
Act as liaison with other departments to ensure draws for their departments are performed in conjunction with QA Lab
Ensure Lab is left in good order and appropriate status information is communicated to counterparts in other shifts
Participate in projects as directed by the Operational Lead Hands

Requirements:

2-year College Diploma in Biotechnology, Medical Lab Tech/Assistant, or similar field, required
Previous experience in a similar environment, ideal
Ability to pass a criminal backgrouns check and provide professional references
If education has been obtained outside of Canada, must have WES certification

Total compensation:

$25.00 hourly
Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay
