Manufacturing Support Associate

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for multiple Manufacturing Support Associates in the Life Sciences Industry in Ottawa, Ontario.
Our client, a leading biomedical manufacturing and R&D company, is seeking Support Associates for short-term assignments to assist with specialized manufacturing and warehouse operations. These roles are ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced, quota-driven environments and are looking to contribute to meaningful biomedical work. This is a short-term opportunity, and schedules are subject to change and adjustments.
Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed inspections of materials and components, such as tubes
Remove labels from tubes
Package tubes that meet quality standards
Follow precise procedural instructions and meet daily output quotas
Identify and report discrepancies or quality issues
Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

Must be willing to commit to all shifts: Sept 15, 16, 17, 18 from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm (6:30 pm – 6:30 am flexibility may be required)
Must have high school diploma (Must have WES if obtained internationally)
Must be willing to take and pass a criminal background check
Must be willing to complete online health & safety training prior to starting
Must have and wear steel toe safety boots/shoes
Previous experience working in a cleanroom/manufacturing environment is considered an asset
