Responsibilities:- Sort and prepare incoming documents for processing
- Scan and quality-check files to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Handle service requests and internal mail distribution
- Identify errors and escalate issues to Leads and Supervisors
- Follow strict procedures in a high-volume, confidential setting
Requirements:- Bring at least 1 year of experience in mail handling or document processing
- Demonstrate knowledge of service requests and escalation procedures
- Show strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Display a team-oriented mindset with reliability and adaptability
Total rewards:- $21.00 hourly
