Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Legal Assistants in the legal field.
Are you a bilingual professional with experience in the legal field? Join a remote team where you'll provide high-level support to callers navigating complex situations. In this role, you'll handle inbound inquiries, interpret legal documentation, conduct research, and deliver personalized guidance with empathy and professionalism. This opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy problem-solving and making a meaningful impact through exceptional service.
Responsibilities:

Research and resolve inquiries using internal systems and case files
Review and interpret documentation to provide personalised guidance
Document client interactions accurately and in detail
Handle sensitive matters with empathy, discretion, and professionalism
Support clients through inbound and warm-transferred communications

Requirements:

Use your personal computer meeting required technical specifications
Bring a legal background such as Law Clerk, Paralegal, or similar experience
Demonstrate full bilingual fluency in English and French
Apply strong communication, judgement, and active listening skills
Navigate multiple systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Technical Requirements:

Run Windows 10 or higher, including MacBook Pro M1 running Windows
