Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Kronos & Admin Services Coordinator in the Life Sciences Industry in Ottawa, Ontario.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Kronos (UKG) Administrator & Administrative Services Coordinator to support workforce operations through expert management of time and attendance systems and essential site administration. In this role, you'll partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to ensure accurate timekeeping, resolve system issues, improve processes, and provide administrative support that helps the business run efficiently every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the UKG/Kronos time and attendance system
  • Monitor timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide support to employees and supervisors
  • Configure and maintain pay rules, schedules, and accrual settings
  • Audit system data and generate reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to improve processes
  • Deliver training and guidance on time and attendance system usage
  • Coordinate administrative activities, documentation, meetings, and site support functions

Requirements:
  • Demonstrate experience administering UKG/Kronos or similar time and attendance systems
  • Use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Possess strong knowledge of timekeeping processes and payroll integration
  • Apply exceptional attention to detail when managing workforce data
  • Manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bring experience in manufacturing, operations, HR systems, payroll, or workforce reporting environments as an asset

Total compensation:
  • $63000.00 - $65000.00 annually
  • Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay
  • Preferred rates for benefit coverage available
