Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Computer Application Support - Sharepoint in the Public Sector in Ottawa, Ontario.
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions that improve collaboration, automate business processes, and enhance information management across an organization. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to build scalable solutions, create dashboards and workflows, provide technical guidance, and ensure ongoing performance, governance, and user adoption of SharePoint and Power Platform services.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions, sites, and related Microsoft 365 applications.
Gather and analyze business requirements to recommend effective collaboration and document management solutions.
Create and support Power Automate workflows, Power Apps applications, and process automation initiatives.
Configure and manage permissions, governance standards, and security settings within SharePoint environments.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance for end users and stakeholders.
Develop documentation, deliver user training, and promote adoption of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools.

Requirements:

Diploma, certificate, or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience developing, configuring, and supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.
Ability to obtain or currently hold Government Secret Security Clearance
