Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Bilingual Health Information Associates in the legal field.
Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience reviewing medical documentation and supporting operational excellence? We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Record Review Associate to play a key role in ensuring accurate record management, exceptional client service, and continuous process improvement. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams, resolve complex issues, support special projects, and contribute to the development of efficient healthcare-related processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Review and manage medical records while ensuring accuracy, quality, and confidentiality
Generate reports and maintain documentation in accordance with established procedures
Identify process improvement opportunities and support departmental projects
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational and technical issues
Support training activities, escalations, and service delivery coordination

Requirements:

Demonstrate full professional fluency in both French and English
Possess a Bachelor's degree or 1 to 3 years of equivalent experience
Bring 3+ years of experience in a specialized healthcare, medical records, or related environment
Exhibit strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to meet critical deadlines
