Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for multiple Bilingual Health Information Associates in the Legal Services Sector.
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about supporting healthcare operations? We are seeking a Bilingual Health Information Associate to review and manage sensitive medical information, support process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise, contribute to special projects, mentor team members, and play a key role in maintaining operational excellence within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:

Review medical records and generate accurate reports and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Support special projects, escalations, and service delivery initiatives
Maintain compliance with SOPs and protect confidential information
Assist with training, procedure development, and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

Be fully bilingual in French and English with excellent communication skills
Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Demonstrate 3+ years of experience in a specialized healthcare, records review, or related field
Apply strong problem-solving skills while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite effectively and work independently or within a team

Total rewards:

$30.00 - $38.00 hourly
