Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager in the nuclear industry in a hybrid work environment in Oakville, Ontario.
Leading and manage complex projects during the entire project life cycle in accordance with best practice project management standards commencing from project planning until closing.
Total rewards:

$130000.00 - $160000.00 annually
Hybrid role (~3 days in office)

A typical day:

Leading and managing complex projects during the entire project life cycle
Internal and external key stakeholder management
Organize, schedule, coordinate, and drive all aspects of assigned projects with internal and external parties
Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, risks, issues, scope changes, and reporting, applying PM/PMBOK practices.
Provide technical input and oversight for design reviews, vendor specifications, procurement requisitions, subcontracted engineering services, and change orders.
Support manufacturing, assembly, installation, commissioning, and testing activities, including technical coordination and resolution of non-conformances or engineering change requests.

Successful candidates will have:

University and/or College program in Engineering or Engineering Technology (mechanical, instrumentation & control, civil, mechatronics)
PMP Designation (preferred); P.Eng Designation (preferred)
10 + years of experience in Project Management
10 + years of experience within technical engineering
Strong understanding and application of PMBOK principles
Strong organizational skills to plan, coordinate and monitor projects with a broad range of internal and external personnel.
Effective communicator with excellent written and/or verbal communication with the ability to speak to customers, groups and/or suppliers
