Sr. Analyst Functional Support
North York , ON
Agilus is recruiting for a Sr. Analyst Functional Support in the Energy Industry in a hybrid work environment in North York, Ontario. The Sr. Analyst Functional Support will work closely with stakeholders, partners, and vendors to drive system improvements which increase customer satisfaction and improve productivity. Total rewards:- $30.00 hourly
- 1- year contract position
- Location: North York, Brantford or Thorold, ON

- Hybrid Model: In-Office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) Remote (Wednesday & Friday)
A typical day:- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Support with billing and financial invoicing issues
- Customer management module issues
- Manage work order integration
- Manage Adhoc reports/ queries, QRAM, Deferral Variance, and Downstream Systems Integration
Successful candidates will have:- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in client support, help desk, technical support, or a similar role
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SQL or CRM systems considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.
