Agilus is recruiting for a Director, Property Services & Project Management in the Construction industry in North York, Ontario.
The Director of Property Services & Project Management (Commercial) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and project delivery across our client's commercial property portfolio.
Total rewards:

$130000.00 - $140000.00 annually

A typical day:

Oversee day-to-day building operations and base building performance, resolving mechanical and electrical issues proactively
Manage tenant service delivery, onboarding, and vacating processes while maintaining strong tenant relationships
Ensure regulatory compliance, health & safety standards, and a comfortable tenant environment
Lead and develop Property Services staff and building operators, including performance reviews and training
Co-lead annual operating and capital budgets, monitor spend, and recommend cost and performance improvements
Review and manage service contracts and vendors, ensuring service quality and value
Lead all tenant and base building projects, including capital work, tenant improvements, and code or city compliance items
Manage project scope, tendering, contractors, schedules, and financials

Successful candidates will have:

Degree, diploma, or certificate in Facility or Property Management and Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
Minimum of10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, project management, and construction
Strong knowledge of building systems, BAS, construction, and property maintenance operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with MRI Angus and Yardi is an asset
Flexible availability to support after-hours emergencies as required
