Lead Complex Mechanical Construction Projects Across the GTAAgilus is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager in the Construction Industry in Newmarket, Ontario. Join a leading mechanical contractor as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing large-scale ICI construction projects across the GTA. In this influential role, you’ll guide multidisciplinary teams, manage multimillion dollar builds, and drive long-term project success from design to completion. Total rewards:- $120000.00 - $145000.00 annually

Responsibilities:- Direct full project lifecycle following design specifications and schedules
- Oversee project performance, budget, labour, materials, equipment, and safety
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Analyze and interpret drawings, documentation, and technical specifications
- Review, coordinate, and manage monthly billings and contract changes
- Lead, coach, and support a diverse project team
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies and drive innovation
- Represent the organization with professionalism on all project matters
Requirements:- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or equivalent technical training
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in senior-level project management roles
- Proven track record delivering large, complex ICI construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and building codes
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and technology skills
- Proactive, self-directed leader with strong decision-making capability
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
