Senior Digital Enablement Consultant – Drive AI Adoption, Learning & Business Transformation
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior Digital Enablement Lead in the manufacturing industry in a hybrid work environment in MONTREAL, Quebec.
We are seeking a Senior Digital Enablement Consultant to lead enterprise-wide digital adoption, AI enablement, and organizational change initiatives. This role serves as a strategic partner between business leaders, technology teams, and end users, helping accelerate the adoption of AI and digital workplace solutions through learning programs, change management strategies, communications, and community engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to shape how employees embrace new technologies while driving measurable business value.
Responsibilities:

Manage and continuously enhance AI learning programs, certification pathways, and knowledge repositories
Develop and execute digital adoption strategies for AI and workplace technologies
Facilitate workshops to identify business challenges, automation opportunities, and AI use cases
Lead Communities of Practice, champion networks, and employee engagement initiatives
Develop communication plans, training materials, user guides, and adoption campaigns
Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives

Requirements:

Bring 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, change management, learning enablement, or business transformation
Demonstrate success leading enterprise adoption initiatives involving Microsoft 365, AI, or digital workplace platforms
Apply strong knowledge of Organizational Change Management methodologies and adoption frameworks
Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions
Manage enterprise learning programs, training curricula, and certification initiatives
Utilize learning management systems such as Litmos, Moodle, or similar platforms
Communicate fluently in both English and French
