Central Operations Manager - Lead AI Adoption, Engagement & Digital Transformation
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Central Operations Platform Manager in the manufacturing industry in a hybrid work environment in MONTREAL, Quebec.
We are seeking a Community of Practice (CoP) Manager to lead and grow an enterprise AI practitioner community focused on knowledge sharing, user engagement, and business value realization. This role will bring together business stakeholders, AI champions, practitioners, and leadership to drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, and emerging digital capabilities. Ideal candidates will combine strong program management expertise with community-building experience and a passion for fostering innovation and continuous learning.
Responsibilities:

Build and manage a thriving AI Community of Practice across multiple business units
Facilitate engagement among practitioners, champions, stakeholders, and leadership teams
Plan and deliver workshops, community events, office hours, showcases, and learning sessions
Develop and maintain repositories of AI use cases, best practices, templates, and success stories
Create newsletters, engagement campaigns, community communications, and updates
Monitor participation metrics, community health, and adoption trends
Support onboarding and enablement of new practitioners and AI champions

Requirements:

Bring 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or business transformation
Demonstrate experience building and facilitating Communities of Practice, champion networks, or user communities
Lead cross-functional initiatives involving business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors
Apply strong governance practices including project planning, status reporting, RAID management, and stakeholder communications
Utilize Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Azure DevOps
Communicate fluently in English, with French language skills considered a strong asset
