How you will make an impact:- Business development; identify and develop new IT staffing opportunities across the Montreal and Quebec market
- Client engagement: understand hiring needs within technology teams and recommend tailored staffing solutions
- Account development; strengthen existing partnerships and grow your presence within client portfolios
- Manage the full client engagement cycle, from initial outreach through to agreement and successful delivery
- Support pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract agreements with a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach
- Work closely with recruitment teams to deliver strong IT talent aligned to client needs
- Provide a consistent, high-value client experience that fosters long-term relationships and repeat business
Successful candidates will have:- Bilingual in French and English (required), both spoken and written
- Experience in business development, account management, or B2B sales, ideally in professional services or staffing
- Confidence in understanding of the Montreal market
- Ability to build trust with a variety of stakeholders
- Self-directed, accountable, and results-oriented
- Motivated to grow a portfolio of business and contribute to overall success
