Warehouse Gatekeeper

Now Hiring: Night Shift Warehouse Gatekeeper!Agilus is recruiting for a Warehouse Gatekeeper in the Transportation Industry in Moncton, New Brunswick. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys a challenge, takes pride in being dependable, and stays focused during overnight hours. As the first point of contact for drivers, staff, and visitors, the Gatekeeper plays a key role in maintaining security, safety, and smooth site operations throughout the night. We offer:- $18.00 - $19.00 hourly
- Weekly Payroll
- 7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 rotation
Responsibilities:- Monitor and control access at the warehouse gate
- Check in and out drivers, employees, and visitors
- Verify identification and maintain accurate entry/exit logs
- Monitor site activity and report any irregularities
- Review billing documents and related records to ensure accuracy and completeness; identify and obtain missing or corrected information as needed
- Accurately record all incoming and outgoing freight within the system
- Coordinate and dispatch trucks according to operational requirements
- Audit, verify, and close units within the operations system in a timely manner
Requirements:- Previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry is considered an asset, but is not required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and able to quickly learn and adapt to new computer systems
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area in compliance with established rules and procedures
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately read labels, codes, and small print, including long numbers
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks while also working effectively as part of a team
- Must have a clean criminal record
