Dock Supervisor

If you’re the person everyone looks to on the floor to keep things organized and moving, this role is for you!Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for multiple Dock Supervisors in the Transportation Industry in Moncton, New Brunswick. The Supervisor will support daily dock operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This role is responsible for directing floor activity, coordinating staff, and keeping freight moving safely and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person on shift: managing workflow, assigning tasks, and ensuring operations stay on track.
Training will take place on day shift, with a transition to a 4-day, 12-hour schedule (Thursday–Sunday) once training is complete.
We offer:- $25.00 hourly
- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:00am-5:00pm
- After Training: Thursday- Sunday 5:00am-5:00pm OR 5:00pm-5:00am
- Full-time, consistent hours
- 4-day work week

Responsibilities:- Assign work and guide warehouse associates throughout the shift
- Act as the main point of direction on the floor
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight movement
- Monitor workflow and adjust priorities as needed
- Complete and maintain required daily reports
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets operational standards
- Supervise and direct dock and warehouse operations
Requirements:- Previous experience in a warehouse lead, supervisor, or foreman role
- Must have a clean criminal record
- Strong ability to manage people and prioritize work in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable making decisions and keeping operations moving
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Experience with dock/shipping operations is an asset
