Warehouse Pharmacy Assistant Role Open - 1 month contract
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Warehouse Pharmacy Assistant in the Health Sector in Mississauga, Ontario.
Are you a detail-oriented and dependable professional looking to gain experience in a fast-paced pharmacy and healthcare environment? We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant – Shipping & Receiving to support daily pharmacy operations by accurately preparing, receiving, and shipping customer orders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with pharmacy, warehouse, or retail experience who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a team-oriented setting.

Schedule:9:00 AM–5:00 PM (with occasional 6:00 PM finish)

Responsibilities:

Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Pack products accurately while following pharmacy procedures
Maintain accuracy when handling medications and healthcare products
Receive and inspect incoming inventory and shipments
Ensure inventory is stored and organized appropriately
Communicate with internal teams regarding order status and discrepancies
Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

You bring:

Experience working as a Pharmacy Assistant, in a warehouse, or in a retail environment
Strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes
Ability to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 45-50 lbs
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and email communication
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
