Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator in the 3PL Industry in Mississauga, Ontario.
Are you detail-oriented with strong data entry skills and looking for an immediate opportunity? We are seeking a reliable Data Entry/Admin professional to support a busy warehouse and transportation operation in Mississauga. This temporary assignment offers steady daytime hours, valuable industry experience, and the potential for an extension based on business needs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with shipping and logistics documentation, we want to hear from you.
A typical day:

Enter billing and shipment information accurately into company systems
Verify and maintain accuracy of bills of lading and shipping documents
Process information through various transportation and shipping platforms
Support daily warehouse administration and documentation requirements
Assist with additional office and administrative duties as assigned

Successful candidates will have:

Demonstrate strong data entry, computer, and administrative skills
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Maintain excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and a clean criminal background
Bring experience in transportation, distribution, logistics, or warehouse environments as a strong asset

Total rewards:

$21.00 hourly
Work a consistent Monday to Friday daytime schedule
Gain experience with a leading warehouse and logistics operation
