A typical day:- Attract, develop and retain top talent.
- Manage and execute sourcing activities, including posting jobs, networking, and leveraging internal and external candidate databases.
- Identify, interview, reference-check, and match qualified candidates with client hiring needs across professional sectors.
- Proactively build and maintain candidate pipelines to support client needs.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and promotion of safe, healthy work environments.
- Ensure accurate and timely information in the ATS to support payroll and invoicing processes.
- Collaborate with Client Account Managers to meet client expectations and strengthen cross-department relationships across #teamAgilus.
You are:- Experienced in recruitment and staffing services.
- Tenacious and results-oriented – you love a challenge!
- Passionate about candidate relationships - you add value!
- Energized by candidate placements – you are a full service provider and have previous experience that translates well for this role.
- Results-driven: KPIs, metrics, and ratios feed positive outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
