Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Manager in the Retail Sector in a hybrid work environment in Stellarton, Nova Scotia.
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to drive execution across a complex, cross-functional program. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and Program Manager, you will bring structure, accountability, and momentum by managing issues, risks, actions, dependencies, and priorities across business and technology teams.
A typical day:

Drive day-to-day project execution across multiple workstreams.
Maintain and track issues, risks, actions, and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-functional meetings and help remove delivery blockers
Ensure clear ownership, follow up on action items, and escalate issues when needed.
Prepare concise executive status updates and reporting.
Help bring structure and governance to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Successful candidates will have:

Proven experience managing complex enterprise projects.
Strong execution, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing issues, risks, dependencies, and project governance.
Excellent communication and executive reporting abilities.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Practical, proactive, and action-oriented approach to delivery.

Total rewards:

$75.00 - $100.00 hourly

Further additional qualifications:

PMP certification or equivalent.
Experience with hypercare, cutover, operational readiness, or support transitions.
Exposure to SAP, ServiceNow, retail systems, or supply chain technologies.
Experience in retail, grocery, merchandising, finance, or distribution.
