Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Incoming Quality Control Inspectors in the Automotive Manufacturing Sector in MISSISSAUGA, Ontario.
Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality? We are seeking an Incoming Quality Control Inspector to ensure automotive components meet strict engineering and quality standards before entering production. In this hands-on role, you'll use precision measuring tools, interpret technical drawings, document inspection results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.
A typical day:

Inspect and validate incoming automotive components using precision measurement tools
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records within the Quality Management System (QMS
Identify, investigate, and report non-conforming materials to support corrective actions
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure efficient product flow
Support continuous improvement projects, quality investigations, and packaging inspections as required

Successful candidates will have:

Possess at least 2 years of quality inspection experience in automotive or manufacturing environments
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately
Operate inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, and thread gauges
Demonstrate strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
Maintain the ability to lift up to 20 kg and travel between sites when required

Total rewards:

$26.00 - $28.00 hourly
