Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Forklift Operators in the Automotive Sector in MISSISSAUGA, Ontario.
Are you an experienced warehouse professional with Raymond Reach and Order Picker experience? We're seeking safety-focused individuals to join a fast-paced distribution environment. In this role, you'll operate specialized material handling equipment, use RF scanners to fulfill orders accurately, and contribute to a highly productive team. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent hire based on performance, attendance, and commitment to safety.
A typical day:

Operate Narrow Aisle Order Picker and Raymond Reach equipment
Pick and process orders accurately using an RF scanner
Follow warehouse safety procedures and fall protection requirements
Maintain productivity and accuracy standards in daily operations

Successful candidates will have:

Possess at least 1 year of experience operating Wire Guide Order Picker and Raymond Reach equipment
Hold valid forklift certification and fall arrest certification
Demonstrate experience using RF scanners for order picking
Pass a criminal background check
Exhibit strong attendance, reliability, punctuality, and commitment to safety

Total rewards:

$23.25 - $25.00 hourly
Earn $23-$25 per hour based on experience
