Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Forklift Operator Crown Reach in the warehouse and distribution sector in Mississauga, Ontario.
Join a fast-paced warehouse team as an Order Picker where accuracy and efficiency matter. This role is primarily focused on high-volume order picking, with opportunities to support inventory and general warehouse tasks. We’re looking for a dependable, team-oriented individual who can adapt to shifting needs while maintaining strong productivity and quality standards.
A typical day:

Perform accurate order picking using RF scanners
Operate Crown equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with inventory tracking and stock replenishment
Support general warehouse duties as required
Maintain productivity targets and quality standards

Successful candidates will have:

Valid certification and demonstrated proficiency operating Crown MHE equipment, specifically Counter balance and reach for Crown
Valid Fall Arrest Certification required
Previous experience in order picking and warehouse operations
Use RF scanners effectively for picking and tracking
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility to support various tasks
Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy
Maintain reliable attendance and consistent performance
