Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist Role Open Now! Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Health Sector in a hybrid work environment in Mississauga, Ontario. A typical day:- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Create compelling job postings and support employer branding initiatives
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience in both English and French
- Assist with the design and delivery of employee learning and development programs
- Support performance management and annual review processes
- Collaborate with HR partners to identify succession planning and high-potential talent initiatives
- Analyze HR and recruitment metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Successful candidates will have:- Bilingual fluency in English and French (written and verbal)
- College diploma or university degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent management
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using HRIS, ATS, or recruitment technologies
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and trends
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
