Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Health Sector in a hybrid work environment in Mississauga, Ontario.

We're looking for a Bilingual Talent Specialist to play a key role in both Talent Acquisition and Talent Development within a growing, people-focused organization. A typical day:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Create compelling job postings and support employer branding initiatives
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience in both English and French
Assist with the design and delivery of employee learning and development programs
Support performance management and annual review processes
Collaborate with HR partners to identify succession planning and high-potential talent initiatives
Analyze HR and recruitment metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations

Successful candidates will have:

Bilingual fluency in English and French (written and verbal)
College diploma or university degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent management
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Experience using HRIS, ATS, or recruitment technologies
Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and trends
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
