Agilus is recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist in the manufacturing Industry in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.
This is a support-focused position where you’ll follow clearly defined procedures to assist customers, process orders, and prepare correspondence. You’ll work under immediate supervision, relying on pre-established guidelines to perform your tasks. Your goal? Ensure every customer interaction ends with satisfaction.

A typical day:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English and French
  • Process orders and prepare customer communications
  • use Oracle CRM Demand to manage customer data and workflows
  • Follow structured procedures and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal teams

Successful candidates will have:
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Computer savvy with ability to navigate multiple systems
  • 2-5 Years of experience in similar role

Soft skills:
  • Highly punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with customer service practices and procedures
  • Ability to follow instructions and work within a defined framework
