Agilus is recruiting for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager in the real estate sector in Mississauga, Ontario.
We're working with our client who are actively hiring for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join their team permanently in Mississauga. This person will be a key member of the team providing excellent tenant experiences, operations coordination, and managing a variety of tasks for commercial and industrial buildings.

  • Office location: Mississauga
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
  • Room to grow and develop

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, superintendents, and vendors, responding to inquiries and coordinating access as needed
  • Manage rent-related administration, including distributing notices/invoices, supporting rent collection, and following up on tenant requirements
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities by scheduling requests, facilitating contractor access, and tracking follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate tenant, contractor, utility, and building access records to support smooth property operations
  • Support the Property Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling property tours and processing vendor invoices for payment
  • Driving to the various buildings to provide support in-person throughout the week

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial property management is a must-have
  • Driver's license and your own reliable vehicle
  • Must have experience working for purely commercial buildings, not mixed-use buildings
  • Able to travel to multiple locations a week
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Available after hours for emergencies
  • Outstanding communication skills and relationship management skills
  • Completed post-secondary education
