Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Architectural & Construction Sales Representative in the Construction Sector in Mississauga, Ontario.
This opportunity is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in the construction and architectural space. The Sales Representative will manage long, consultative sales cycles from specification through project completion while developing strong partnerships with architects, designers, dealers, and project stakeholders. This role combines strategic account management with new business development in a collaborative, sustainability-focused environment.
How you will make an impact:

Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, project managers, and dealers
Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, project managers, and dealers
Grow an existing book of business while generating new sales opportunities
Deliver product presentations and provide technical and consultative solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to support project success and client satisfaction

Successful candidates will have:

Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or a related field, or possess 5+ years of relevant industry experience
Demonstrate proven success managing large projects with extended sales cycles
Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
Bring architecture, design, or construction industry experience
Show a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainable products

Total rewards:

$85000.00 - $90000.00 annually
