Join a dynamic After Sales Service team as a Parts Specialist where you’ll play a key role in inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer support. This hands-on position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with both data and people to ensure seamless parts operations.
A typical day:

Manage parts inventory including receiving, storage, and organization
Pick, pack, and process orders for sales and service requests
Respond to customer and internal inquiries on pricing and availability
Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accuracy
Maintain product data and support overall after sales operations

Successful candidates will have:

Demonstrate strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and present data
Possess experience or interest in inventory control, purchasing, or parts operations
Exhibit strong communication and customer service skills
Show ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
Be proactive, detail-oriented, technically inclined, and eager to learn

Total rewards:

$50000.00 hourly
