Agilus is recruiting for a Contracts Manager in the utilities sector in Markham, Ontario.
We’re seeking a Contracts Manager within the legal function—someone with strong end-to-end contract lifecycle experience who’s excited to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing and editing sales agreements, MSAs, IT contracts etc.
Supporting a team of lawyers
Redlining and reviewing indemnities
Working in the CLM software and helping with the implementation
Working on complex agreements, drafting contract summaries, and gathering stakeholder feedback
Risk analysis
Maintain playbooks, clause libraries, and templates

Requirements:

5+ years of experience working on complex contracts on a corporate legal team
Experience with reviewing indemnities and redlining
B2B contract experience
Analytical mindset and a passion for problem-solving and improving processes
Extraordinarily high attention to detail
