Agilus is recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst in the utilities sector in Markham, Ontario.
We're working with our client to hire a Legal Operations Analyst/Business Systems Analyst for their corporate legal team. This is the perfect role for someone who has experience with CLM implementation, improving workflows, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Become a SME for the new CLM system they are implementing and help with the implementation itself (adding templates, adding users, answering questions) and ongoing administration
Helping with the contract lifecycle including intakes, entering into templates, and tracking the lifecycle and approvals
Creating and improving workflows, and analyzing and implementing process improvement initiatives
Helping to implement AI tools, self-service tools, and constantly improving response times
Building dashboards and pulling reports
Documenting SOPs and legal processes to ensure standardization

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, CLM Systems Manager, Data Analyst, or Legal Operations Analyst
Have worked on a CLM or CRM implementation and been the administrator of the platform
Working knowledge with Power BI, CLMs, CRMs, Adobe, and MS Office
Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot
Experience setting up and managing tools
Experience creating and improving workflows
