Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Warehouse Material Handler in the Warehousing & Distribution industry in London, Ontario.
Are you a hands-on, customer-focused professional who enjoys a mix of warehouse operations and retail interaction? We're looking for a Warehouse Material Handler to support inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping activities, and a busy employee store environment. This full-time opportunity offers a stable schedule, independent work, and the chance to contribute to a fast-paced operation where organization, reliability, and teamwork are highly valued.
A typical day:

Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems within the employee store
Fulfill online orders and process shipment confirmations
Restock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain product pricing
Receive, organize, and replenish warehouse inventory
Break down inbound pallets and put away incoming stock
Maintain inventory records and pricing documentation
Monitor and replenish operational and business supplies
Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with workplace policies

Successful candidates will have:

Hold post-secondary education preferred
Demonstrate experience in warehousing, inventory, or material handling activities
Possess customer service or retail experience considered an asset
Utilize computer systems and standard business applications effectively
Organize work efficiently and manage multiple priorities
Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment
Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and dependability

Total rewards:

$23.00 - $23.85 hourly
Work a consistent full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
Gain experience in both warehouse operations and retail environments
Develop inventory management and logistics skills
Build experience with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes
Work within a supportive and team-oriented environment
Utilize a combination of customer service and warehouse skills
