Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist - 6 months Temporary Position in the Environmental Services Industry in a hybrid work environment in London, Ontario.
Agilus is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (6 month contract) to work in at a world-class manufacturing facility located in London, ON working a steady hybrid day shift (Monday through Friday). This facility produces UV water treatment systems for clients on a Industrial, Municipal and global level

Total rewards:
  • $22.00 - $24.00 hourly
  • Payday every Friday!

A typical day:
  • Understand and apply warranty policies based on conditions reported at customer sites
  • Enter all customer replacement and spare part orders in the software system
  • Monitor and follow up on order on-time delivery (OTD)
  • Assist Account Managers with quoting as required
  • Coordinate part needs for Field Service Tech site visits based on site conditions and emergency requirements
  • Handle incoming customer service inquiries related to parts orders
  • Collaborate with logistics and internal operations to resolve complex customer issues related to international trade or supply chain challenges

Successful candidates will have:
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a similar operations role in a fast-paced environment
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., INFOR LN, Salesforce/SFDC) is an asset. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage high-volume work across multiple systems and tools to resolve issues positively
  • Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and with multiple stakeholders, internal customers, and associates in a municipal environment
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data quality, with strong organizational and scheduling abilities
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task, and balance competing priorities while meeting deadlines and negotiating when necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage pressure while problem solving effectively
