Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Bath & Shower Installer in the Construction & Skilled Trades Industry in London, Ontario.
Are you a skilled installer, carpenter, renovator, or trades professional looking for a stable, permanent opportunity? Join a growing team specializing in bathroom and shower renovations, where you'll use your craftsmanship to transform customers' homes. This hands-on role offers competitive earning potential, paid training, company-provided tools and vehicle access, and the opportunity to deliver high-quality renovation projects while working directly with homeowners.
Responsibilities:

Install bath and shower products according to company standards and customer specifications
Remodel bathtub and shower spaces using carpentry and renovation skills
Follow established installation procedures and safety practices
Educate customers on the use, care, and maintenance of installed products
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach on every job site
Complete installation documentation and submit project photos accurately
Maintain inventory and readiness of the installation vehicle and tools
Support additional installation and renovation activities as required

Requirements:

Possess at least 2 years of carpentry, renovation, construction, or installation experience
Demonstrate strong finish carpentry or trim carpentry skills
Basic plumbing knowledge is ideal
Measure accurately using a tape measure, level, and combination square
Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Deliver excellent customer service and communication skills
Lift, push, and pull materials weighing up to 100 lbs
Work independently while maintaining quality workmanship and attention to detail
