Contract Worksite Leader – Turnarounds & Major Maintenance | Safety-Focused Site Leadership Role
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Contract Worksite Leader in the Oil & Gas / Energy / Industrial Maintenance in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan.
A dynamic opportunity for an experienced maintenance leader to oversee turnaround and major maintenance activities from execution through close-out. This role drives safe, efficient, and on-time delivery while fostering strong stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Total rewards:
  • $53.00 - $56.00 hourly

A typical day:
  • Lead site execution of turnaround and major maintenance activities end-to-end
  • Enforce safety standards and oversee Safe Control of Work practices
  • Coordinate vendors and contractors to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Monitor work progress and validate completion against timelines and standards
  • Facilitate daily planning meetings and align resources with priorities
  • Manage work orders and documentation in SAP and Salesforce
  • Conduct risk assessments and oversee high-risk task execution
  • Report on safety, production impact, and performance milestones

Successful candidates will have:
  • 10+ years of experience in turnaround, maintenance, or construction within oil and gas
  • 5+ years leading complex maintenance or project execution in large organisations
  • Strong knowledge of work management, TAR processes, and execution practices
  • Proven safety leadership including SCOW, LOD, and risk management experience
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience coordinating contractors and managing vendor performance
  • Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce for work tracking and reporting
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, change management, and continuous improvement capability
