Lead Commissioning & Start-Up for Major Oil & Gas Projects – Lloydminster Opportunity!Agilus is recruiting for a Commissioning and Start-Up Lead in the Oil and Gas industry in Lloydminster, Alberta. Join a leading energy project team as a Commissioning and Start-Up (CSU) Lead. You’ll oversee planning, coordination, and execution of CSU activities, ensuring safe and efficient integration of new assets into operations. This site-based role offers a chance to make a significant impact on project success. Total rewards:- $83.00 - $110.00 hourly

Responsibilities:- Develop and manage CSU execution plans, schedules, and budgets
- Prepare Commissioning Work Packages and system dossiers
- Coordinate multi-discipline teams and third-party contractors
- Oversee commissioning activities including FAT, SAT, leak checks, and first fills
- Manage SIMOPS and integrate with maintenance and operations teams
- Lead Pre-Startup Safety Reviews and punch list management
- Ensure turnover documentation and project close-out requirements are met
- Enforce site-specific safety policies and participate in audits and inspections
Requirements:- Extensive commissioning and start-up experience in oil & gas or heavy industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of CSU planning and integration with operations
- Familiarity with SAP and reliability processes
- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence
- Ability to manage complex project deliverables and documentation
- Willingness to work on-site in Lloydminster, SK
- Flexibility for travel and occasional overtime
