Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior Electrical Engineer in the industrial sector in Langley, British Columbia.
Join a growing engineering team as a Senior Electrical Engineer providing technical leadership across complex industrial projects. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted SME, guiding design quality, ensuring code compliance, and supporting project teams from concept through commissioning in sectors such as utilities, oil & gas, and manufacturing.

A typical day:

Perform and validate power system studies using tools such as ETAP
Ensure compliance with Canadian Electrical Code and industry standards
Support procurement, construction, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
Lead client interactions, technical workshops, and multidisciplinary collaboration
Provide technical oversight on electrical power system design and engineering deliverables
Review and approve design documentation, studies, and construction packages

Requirements:

Demonstrate expertise in MV/LV distribution, protection, and control systems
Show proficiency with ETAP and design tools such as AutoCAD or MicroStation
Exhibit strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities
Maintain ability to travel, work in field environments, and meet physical job demands
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and P.Eng. eligibility or registration
Possess 7–20+ years of experience in industrial electrical engineering environments
