Collections Admin role available now in Langley! Start ASAP! Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Collections Administrator in the construction industry in Langley Twp, British Columbia. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client's collections team in Langley on a temporary basis. This role will focus on supporting the team with the cleanup and organization of credit applications. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment. What's in it for you:- $22.00 hourly
- Contract duration: 8 weeks
- Location: Langley
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
- Full time in-office
Responsibilities:- Review and organize a backlog of credit applications
- Accurately scan and digitize physical documents
- Upload and properly file documents into the company’s internal system
- Ensure all records are complete, legible, and correctly categorized
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information
- Support the collections team with additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:- 1+ year of administrative or accounting experience
- Basic computer proficiency, including file management and document handling
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with scanning and document management systems is preferred
